The apartment was Great!!, The staff were all awesome .Extremely helpful and the driver service was a great service. The apartment was beautifully outfitted and a nice view out into the trees and the snow.

“Couldn’t be happier!”
We stayed here not knowing what to expect but I couldn't have been more happier with how everything went. Our apartment was very cozy with a fireplace and comfortable living area. The staff was amazing!

Our first trip to Niseko and Kozue was truly magical. Staff were amazing, so helpful, and friendly .The property itself was the perfect haven and base from which to explore. Recommend it in a heartbeat for anyone wanting a memorable and exquisite experience. Worth every penny!

“We left Kozue in awe?”
We have been spending winter in various properties in Niseko for the past 10 years and we have a strong preference for apartments located only in Upper Hirafu. However, we left Kozue in awe. This property exceeded our expectations and outperformed!

“Perfect Niseko apartment.”
It was a delight to stay in this new apartment. For two people it is spacious, modern, well equipped and most comfortable. Staff were friendly, efficient, professional and very helpful. Concierge Jeremy was usually on hand to chauffeur us through the snow to nearby places, and provided excellent suggestions for eating places. Karyn, Jeremy and the rest of the Kozue team provided outstanding service for a most comfortable stay in snow country.
